- 1 20 oz can pineapple in pineapple juice
- 1 13.5 oz can lite coconut milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Divide mixture between two Ninja Creami Pints.
Freeze pints for 12-24 hours.
Run frozen pint under warm water for about a minute.
Process pint in Ninja Creami under 'lite ice cream' setting.
If necessary respin after scraping down the sides of the creami pint.
If you want to add mix-ins you can add them in now and process with 'mix-in' setting.

- You can also divide all the ingredients between your pints and blend them with an immersion blender.
- If you want to use fresh pineapple, use about 2 and ½ cups. If using fresh, consider adding some extra pineapple juice.
- If there is no guar gum in your coconut milk, you can add ¼ teaspoon per pint for extra creaminess.
