Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy, using a tamper if necessary.

Notes
I used strawberries, bananas, coconut, and blueberries for a red, white, and blue theme. I also added chia seeds and cacao nibs. You could also use other types of fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, etc.
This recipe comes out quite sweet on its own, but if you want it sweeter you can add some maple syrup.
