Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cup water
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • lemon zest optional but delicious!

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender except for poppy seeds.
  • Blend until creamy.
  • Stir in poppy seeds.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Always taste as you go. Any of the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking!
If you don't have a high speed blender, let your cashews soak for about 30 minutes before blending.  
Poppy seeds are usually located in the spice isle at most grocery stores.
